The Closed Doors of Life

What if it’s not rejection but instead redirection? What if every closed door is the opening of another blessing?

The doors of relationships that have shut, just when our hearts felt most connected, could be a sign that a more fruitful bond is on the way, if we’re patient enough to wait.

Doors of opportunity that once looked hopeful and promising, but suddenly shut tight

might prove that we’re being lifted to greater heights.

Even the doors that once felt like accomplishments, being slammed shut without warning, may be the moment that guides us into something that better fits our calling.

What if these closed doors aren’t signs of doom and gloom, but winds of grace and faith sweeping away what could never help us bloom?

As we step into May, let's be grateful for the doors that closed. When we walk with faith, new ones always open wider, brighter, and better than before.

This helps me alot. Sometimes I feel like a certain opportunity is the right time for me, when it really isn't. I've come to realize that I have to wait patiently for that opportunity to come and that God will handle it. Thank you so much for this🙏
